Our laboratory (Laboratory for DNA Data Analysis, Gojobori Lab.) is focused in the study of evolutionary mechanisms of different species by analyzing sequence data using both computational and wet-lab techniques. In particular, we are very much interested in evolutionary work.
Species of main interest are viruses, bacteria, planarian, hydra, octopus, primates, and human. We also conduct Data Analysis, Database Construction, Software Development, as well as Experimental Analysis.
